This was so simple and so easy to make but i jus loved how it turned out,...I picked up a 50 sheet pack of cardstock in primary colors from michaels...i had a couple of polka dot ribbons at home and also used some of the angry bird pictures inbetween.For the letters i created using photoshop ,color printed and then cut a circle.Glued the circle in the center.
For the table i fringe cut some cardstock and used double sided tape to attach it to the table...the foto was taken after the party..hence the mess
